The State Autonomous Cultural Institution of the Moscow Region "A.P. Chekhov's State Literary and Memorial Museum-Reserve "Melikhovo" (A.P. Chekhov's Museum-Reserve "Melikhovo") leases (for temporary use) for a period of eleven months:

part of room No. 16 (hereinafter - the Property) with a total area of 9.0 sq. m, located on the ground floor of the building "Theatre and Exhibition Hall", building with cadastral number (or conditional) 50-50-31/074/2010-137, at the address: Moscow region, Chekhov urban district, village of Melikhovo, "Territory of A.P. Chekhov Museum-Reserve", 4.

The property is transferred for the organisation of buffet operation (without the right to buy it out).

The rental fee is 41,877 (Forty-one thousand eight hundred and seventy-seven) roubles 40 kopecks) and 20% VAT - 8 375.40 (Eight thousand three hundred and seventy-five) roubles 40 kopecks for 11 months.

In order to conclude a Lease Agreement, catering organisations shall send an application for the necessity to conclude a Lease Agreement in electronic form via the official website of the A.P. Chekhov Museum-Reserve "Melikhovo", containing the following information (Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1529 of 09.09.2021):

- name of the applicant, information about the location, postal address of the applicant, contact telephone number;
- the applicant's need for the property, the proposed lease term and the purpose of using the property;
- information about the range of products and goods offered for sale in the provision of catering services and to employees of cultural organisations - for catering.

The application shall be accompanied by an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, received within one month prior to the date of submission of the application.
