On 3 June, the traditional Pushkin Festival took place at the Lopasnya-Zachatievskoye Estate Museum. Despite the inclement weather in the "Pushkin's Nest" gathered admirers of the great poet's work, connoisseurs of artistic and literary creativity.

At the holiday came descendants of Alexander Pushkin, his great-great-great-grandsons: Andrei Alexandrovich Kologrivov with his wife and Vyacheslav Gutsko with his family. And also a descendant of the Lansky family - Nadezhda Vladimirovna Dmitrieva, director of the Department of the Moscow Noble Assembly.

This day began with a prayer service at the necropolis of descendants of A.S. Pushkin. Litia was served by Priest Konstantin Alexandrov, the rector of the Anno-Zachatievsky Church, the Superior of the Churches of the Chekhov district. Descendants of the poet, museum staff, representatives of the Administration laid flowers at the grave of the poet's son, A.A. Pushkin and at the graves of his relatives.

Then the museum hosted the opening of the exhibition "Accept the collection of colourful chapters..." from the personal collection of the People's Artist of the Russian Federation Dmitry Anatolyevich Belyukin. The opening ceremony was attended by Olga Nikolaevna Shchukina, Head of the Department for the Development of the Social Sector of the Chekhov Administration, and Galina Semyonovna Kozina, Chairman of the Veterans' Council of the town.

Galina Nikolaevna Timoshkova, director of the museum, said that many years ago, when the museum was just beginning, D.A. Belyukin's exhibition devoted to the novel "Eugene Onegin" became a kind of "bonus" to the museum. And today, in the anniversary year of "Eugene Onegin", the exhibition in a wider format has become a real gift. Through these illustrations one can trace the history of the characters from the first to the last page.

The author of the works himself, Dmitry Anatolyevich Belyukin, was very pleased that his works were once again in this museum, which is now living a full life. There is a very special, warm atmosphere and cosiness created by the staff. Before the excursion, which the author conducted for the guests, Dmitry Anatolievich presented his book to the museum with gratitude and appreciation for the preservation of historical memory.

The holiday in the manor ended with the performance of the quartet of the choir of the male monastery of the Voznesenskaya David's Desert. For the holiday they prepared a special "Pushkin's programme" and departed from traditional canons, performing in the manor house in tails. The music sounded very bright and powerful in such a special, historical place.
