«Museum and education: new challenges»
On 25 April, the State Historical and Art Museum hosted a scientific and methodological conference "Museum and Education: New Challenges".
The conference participants were employees of many Russian museums, including employees of the Lopasnya-Zachatievskoye Estate. They shared their experience of the meta-subject approach in holding museum events, told about the implementation of the project of patriotic education - the military-sports game "Flying Squads of Prince N.D. Kudashev" - which was developed on the basis of local history material.
In addition, the conference discussed the issues of personnel and interdisciplinary potential of museums, interaction with educational institutions. The participants shared their experience and told about the most interesting forms of work.
