On the Lilac Alley of the Museum from the very morning the work was boiling, a master class on lilac pruning was held here. Oleg Istomin, the founder of a plant nursery, a member of the Union of Gardeners of Russia, a member of the Moscow Flower Growers Club at the OVOP "Peony Section", and the author of many thematic publications, showed all the nuances of this work. In social networks he is known under the pseudonym "Malinich".

The best time for pruning these shrubs is early spring, when it is easier to notice weak and diseased branches. During the masterclass, unfortunate shoots growing inside the crown, root growth and old branches were removed. The lilacs were cultivated and given a beautiful shape. We will wait for the blooming of the museum alley at the end of May!
