K.V. Bobkov, General Director of A.P. Chekhov's Melikhovo Museum-Reserve, was awarded the Order of Friendship by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation.

The Order was handed over in the Government House. This high state award is an assessment of Konstantin Vasilyevich's long professional path, his great contribution to the active work aimed at the preservation, popularisation and multiplication of the historical and cultural heritage of Russia.
