1. In accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Federal Law 193 of July 18, 2019 and the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the buyer of an excursion package has the right to unilaterally refuse to fulfill the contract for paid services and return the money or cancel the excursion reservation at any time (before the start of the excursion), subject to payment to the Museum -Reserve A.P. Chekhov "Melikhovo",  actually incurred expenses related to the fulfillment of obligations under this agreement.
2. If a travel agency (organization) pays for the cost of a group excursion by prepayment, refusal to attend the excursion is accepted by the A.P. Museum-Reserve. Chekhov's "Melikhovo" in the following order:

- no later than 10 days before the start date of the excursion (10 days) – 100%

- less than 10 days, but no later than 5 days before the start date of the excursion (5 – 10 days) – 50%

- less than 5 days, but no later than 3 days before the start date of the excursion (5-3 days) – 30%

- less than 3 days before the start date of the excursion (3 days) – 0%

1. If a travel agency (organization) pays for the cost of a group excursion by prepayment, the amount paid by the travel agency (organization) for group members who did not show up for the excursion is not reimbursed by the Museum-Reserve.

1. If an event is cancelled, the consumer is refunded 100% of the ticket price within 10 days from the date of the canceled event (without additional conditions).
2. In all other cases, the consumer is returned:

- no later than 10 days before the start date of the event indicated on the voucher or ticket for the event (10 days) – 100%

- less than 10 days, but no later than 5 days before the start date of the event indicated on the voucher or ticket for the event (5 – 10 days) – 50%

- less than 5 days, but no later than 3 days before the start date of the event indicated on the voucher or ticket for the event (5-3 days) – 30%

- less than 3 days before the start date of the event indicated on the voucher or ticket for the event (3 days) – 0%

1. Three days before the event, tickets at the box office will not be accepted and money for tickets will not be returned!
