Preferential visits are provided to the following categories of persons:
- Persons under eighteen years of age are guaranteed the right to free admission to the museum once a month - the third Wednesday of each month.
- Persons studying in basic professional educational programs are guaranteed the right to free visits to the museum once a month - the third Wednesday of each month.
- Children from large families have the right to free visits to the museum once a month - the third Wednesday of each month
- Pupils of the Suvorov Military Schools and Nakhimov Naval Schools are given a free visit to the museum once a week (Wednesday).
- Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation and full holders of the Order of Glory” are given the right to free admission to the museum.
- Preschool children, disabled people of groups I and II, military personnel undergoing military service and museum workers are entitled to free visits to the museum.
- Members of the Public Council under the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation according to the approved list of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
- For the categories of persons specified in this order, visiting the exhibitions and the territory of the museum (estate) is provided free of charge without excursion services.
- Citizens of the Russian Federation who are members of the Moscow Regional Trade Union of Cultural Workers are given the right to free visits to the museum (if they have a certificate)
- Persons accompanying organized children's groups (one accompanying person per organized group) are entitled to free visits to the museum as part of groups.
Benefits to persons specified in paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 are provided upon presentation by visitors of the appropriate identification documents.
In the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024, the museum hosts a cultural and educational event “Cultural Day”. Participants of the action are citizens of the Russian Federation who are pensioners receiving pensions assigned in the manner established by the pension legislation of the Russian Federation and registered in the Moscow region.
Days for free entry to the museum:
Museum-Reserve A.P. Chekhov "Melikhovo" - the first and second Tuesday of every month
Estate "Lopasnya-Zachatievskoye" - first and last Wednesday of every month
Museum of Letters of A.P. Chekhov - the first and last Wednesday of every month
Excursion services to the Promotion participant are provided for a fee in accordance with the list of paid services dated 03/01/2023
