The excursion is intended for those who come to Melikhovo for the first time or want to refresh their impressions from a long-standing visit to the museum. The group visits the Melikhovo estate, A.P. Chekhov's house, the "Outbuilding-Kitchen" and "Ambulatory" expositions.

During the tour of the estate visitors will get acquainted with the vegetable garden "South of France", outbuildings, memorial outbuilding where A.P. Chekhov wrote the world-famous play "The Seagull", learn about the history of the estate. In the Chekhov's house the life of the writer and his family comes to life before the visitors' eyes.
